Sales Executive (interior Fit Out)

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
o Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
o Conduct client meetings to understand requirements, present company capabilities, and propose suitable interior fit-out solutions.
o Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
o Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management:
o Develop long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
o Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
o Maintain regular communication with clients during project execution to ensure expectations are managed and met.
o Address client concerns promptly to build trust and ensure repeat business.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
o Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
o Provide insights and feedback to management on customer needs and potential market gaps.
o Assist in the development of marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
Coordination & Reporting:
o Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams to align project deliverables with client expectations.
o Ensure all client communications, contracts, and documentation are up to date and properly filed.
o Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
