Identify and generate new leads for PRO services, visa processing, and company setup solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Promote Company's range of services, including residence visas, family visas, golden visas, and trade license setup.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive business development.
Attend networking events, meetings, and client visits to expand the client base.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored service proposals.
Coordinate with operations/PRO team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline tracking.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
Sales / Business Development
, preferably in PRO, Document Clearing, or Business Setup industry in UAE.
Strong knowledge of UAE government procedures (MOHRE, GDRFA, DED, Free Zones, Immigration).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/Urdu an advantage).
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
