Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven

Sales Executive

to grow our client base, sell sponsorships and partnership packages, and build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the region. You will play a key role in driving Hyperight's growth in the Middle East.

Responsibilities

Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the UAE and GCC. Conduct outbound sales calls Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing. Maintain strong relationships with clients across sectors such as AI, Data, Technology, and Digital Transformation. Collaborate closely with marketing and event management teams to ensure successful project delivery. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track all activities in CRM and provide regular sales reports.

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in B2B and B2C sales (events, conferences, media, or tech sales preferred). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to confidently engage with C-level executives. Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently. CRM experience is a plus. Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage. Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
