We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The role focuses on selling kitchen and wardrobe accessories, hardware, and fit-out solutions to clients such as wood factories, carpenters, designers, etc. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven sales experience (in hardware, accessories, or fit-out materials).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
Valid UAE driving license.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales.
Provide feedback to management to improve products and services.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Knowledge of kitchen, wardrobe, and interior accessories is a strong plus.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (experience in kitchen, wardrobe, accessories, or fit-out field is a plus).
Must own a car and hold a valid UAE driving license.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Fluency in English (Hindi is a plus).
