The Sales Executive will play a vital role in increasing revenue by engaging with schools, tour operators, corporate clients, and walk-in guests, while delivering exceptional service and a deep understanding of our offerings.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, especially with schools, corporate clients, tourism companies, and event organizers.
Promote the park's activities (e.g., zip-lining, rope courses, team-building programs) to individual and group clients.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Organize site visits and familiarization trips for prospective clients.
Handle incoming sales inquiries and convert leads into bookings.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, campaigns, and social media content to boost visibility and bookings.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the park.
Ensure all bookings and transactions are accurately recorded in the CRM system.
Maintain a deep knowledge of all park offerings, safety protocols, pricing, and packages.
equirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in tourism, hospitality, or leisure industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
UAE driving license is preferred.
Knowledge of the Fujairah tourism landscape is a plus.
