As a Sales Executive, you will analyze local market trends and competitor activity to generate new business for the hotel. Your responsibilities include:

Analyzing local market trends and competitor activity to identify new business leads. Developing customer accounts and traveling within the local area to drive business into the hotel/cluster and increase market share across all revenue streams. Negotiating room rates and packages with corporate clients. Developing and implementing creative local marketing channels, including social media. Preparing company contracts in accordance with current business and pricing conditions. Working within current business strategies and recognizing potential opportunities. Cooperating with other hotel departments to create an exceptional guest experience and build strong sales programs. Attending sales events as required. Producing accurate and timely reports for the Commercial Manager and senior management, including appointments, calls, and business leads. Promptly and professionally answering customer queries. Qualifications and Skills
