Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into clients through calls, networking, and field activity
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, sellers, and landlords
Conduct property viewings and present options professionally and persuasively
Stay up-to-date with local property listings, market trends, and competitor activity
Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups using CRM tools
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism in all client interactions
Requirements:
Freshers or candidates with 0-2 years of experience in
sales or business development
(any industry)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A passion for real estate and eagerness to grow in the UAE market
Confident, proactive, and results-oriented attitude
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
No UAE experience required -
training will be provided
Must be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate
Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
