We are looking for a
dynamic and experienced Sales Executive
to join our manpower supply company. The ideal candidate must haveprevious experience in the same industry
and a strong network within the Qatar market.Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong client relationships in Cleaning, Hospitality, Facility Management, and Construction sectors Identify new business opportunities and secure manpower supply contracts Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups to close business deals Prepare proposals, quotations, and agreements Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs Maintain accurate sales records and reports Coordinate with HR/operations team to ensure timely mobilization of manpower Build long-term partnerships with clients and maintain client satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
2-3 years sales experience
in manpower supply industry in Qatar is mandatory*Strong client network and proven business-winning track record Excellent communication & negotiation skills Valid Qatar driving license preferred Ability to work independently and meet targets Presentable, professional, and self-motivated
Salary & Benefits
QAR.2500/- to QAR.3500/- + Good Commission Structure
