Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

: Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Understanding client requirements and providing tailored solutions.

Product & Service Knowledge

: Knowledge of the various interior fitout services the company offers, including designing, space planning, project management, and procurement of materials.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations

: Delivering presentations to clients, showcasing the company's offerings, and negotiating project terms to close deals.

Project Coordination

: Collaborating with the project management team to ensure the delivery of fitout projects on time and within budget. Tracking project progress and managing client expectations.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

: Staying updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging design trends to ensure the company's proposals remain competitive.

Lead Generation & Proposal Preparation

: Identifying new leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling. Creating and submitting proposals based on client requirements and project specifications.
