Business planning & execution, negotiation skills, business restructure, team management, budgeting & forecasting, Project Management.

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in Heavy Equipment's RENTING. (We have cranes from 25 to 160 tons in different brands. Mainly Sany, Liebherr, XCMG, ZOOMLION.)
Identifying prospective clients and generating business to achieve business targets in line with company's vision & values.
Establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
Developing professional bid packages and quotations for the customers as per the pricing strategy based on the Company policy and achieving sales target proactively
Identify new customers and initiate market development efforts.
Work closely with the operating team to ensure efficiency in the sales and delivery of products/solutions to the customers and credit check.
Develop new Customers. Analyze Customer technical requirements and suggest cost effective alternatives.
To Recommend cost-reduction initiatives to make sales process better
Follow up on Customer payments. To Develop weekly and monthly sales activity reports as per management instructions.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
