Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and target potential clients seeking document clearing, PRO services, visa services, company formation, and related government services
Generate leads through calls, visits, networking, and online marketing
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
Negotiate pricing and service agreements
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
Provide accurate information on required documents, processes, timelines, and service fees
Follow up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
Handle inquiries professionally by phone, email, or in person
3. Service Coordination
Coordinate with the operations/PRO team to ensure smooth processing of all client documents
Track the progress of applications (visa, labor, immigration, trade license, attestations, etc.)
Update clients on the status of their requests and expected completion times
4. Market Knowledge & Strategy
Stay updated on UAE government rules, regulations, and changes in document procedures
Understand competitor offerings and pricing
Recommend sales strategies to management
5. Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Handle payment collections and issue receipts when required
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in
documents clearing
,
PRO services
, or
company formation
Strong knowledge of UAE visa, labor, immigration, and licensing procedures
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
Valid UAE driving license preferred but not required
