We are a growing Food & Beverage distribution company based in Ajman, looking for motivated and energetic Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves identifying and developing new points of sales for our products, building strong relationships with retailers, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, and ensuring product availability and visibility in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively search for and onboard new clients (retail shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, etc.)
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly sales targets and distribution goals
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth product delivery and collection
Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market opportunities
Requirements:
Proven sales experience (FMCG / Food & Beverage preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Based in or willing to work in Ajman
