We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow our food category portfolio across retail and distribution channels. The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive product placement and sales performance in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve assigned sales targets and expand distribution of food products across retail stores and key accounts
Manage relationships with supermarkets, groceries, and distributors in assigned territories
Execute promotions, merchandising plans, and in-store visibility standards
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market developments
Ensure proper stock availability, shelf placement, and pricing accuracy
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely order fulfillment
Handle order processing, collections, and customer follow-ups
Prepare regular sales reports, territory updates, and market feedback for management
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
2 - 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food products (bakery, dairy, frozen, grocery, or protein)
Strong understanding of retail and distribution channels
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a strong results orientation
Valid driving license (especially for field roles)
* Knowledge of the UAE/GCC FMCG market is a strong advantage
