Job Summary:



The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and managing key client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring consistent revenue performance in line with company objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, deep market knowledge, and a proven record of achieving sales targets within the FMCG / trading / perfume industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities with potential clients, distributors, and retailers. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Conduct regular market visits to assess product performance, competitor activity, and customer needs. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and alignment with company policies. Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure proper product availability and visibility. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management. Participate in exhibitions, promotions, and marketing events to enhance brand presence. Provide mentorship and support to junior sales staff when required. Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to credit policies.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 4-6 years of proven sales experience in FMCG / perfumes / cosmetics / trading industry (UAE or GCC experience preferred). Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (knowledge of CRM software is an advantage). Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
