Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new individual and corporate clients in the UAE market. Promote and sell a range of investment products, including mutual funds, fixed income instruments, equities, and structured products, in line with company policies and UAE regulatory guidelines. Assess client financial objectives, risk profiles, and investment preferences to recommend suitable solutions. Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and financial planning discussions. Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through networking, cold calling, referrals, and events. Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets. Stay up to date with UAE financial market trends, SCA regulations, and global investment developments. Ensure all client documentation, KYC, and compliance requirements are completed accurately. Collaborate with portfolio managers and advisory teams to provide excellent after-sales service.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience in financial services, banking, or investment advisory within the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations (SCA, DFSA, ADGM). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
