Candidate Requirements

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of solid outdoor sales experience (Experience in both B2B and B2C is highly preferred).
Language:
Fluency in
English
is required;
Arabic
speaking candidates are highly preferred.
Mobility:
Must possess a valid
Driving License and a personal car
(Essential for daily field operations).
Attributes:
Strong negotiation skills, professional grooming, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion:
Actively prospect and acquire new business accounts (B2B) and individual customers (B2C) through daily outdoor visits.
Sales Presentations:
Conduct professional face-to-face meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations.
Revenue Growth:
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain an organized record of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals via CRM.
Market Intelligence:
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to help refine sales strategies.
