We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled
Immigration Consultant
who is fluent in
Malayalam
(female candidates only) to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist potential clients with immigration-related inquiries, offering professional guidance regarding visa applications, and converting these leads into clients. This position offers a great opportunity for someone passionate about providing support to individuals seeking to relocate internationally.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Make outbound calls to warm leads and answer any questions related to immigration processes and visa applications.
Immigration Advice:
Provide expert advice to clients looking to relocate to various countries (Canada, UK, Australia, Poland, Finland) regarding immigration options, visa types, and the application process.
Lead Conversion:
Convert leads into signed clients by guiding them through the visa application process and ensuring they understand all steps.
Revenue Generation:
Achieve monthly revenue targets by converting leads into actual clients and meeting product-specific conversion goals.
End-to-End Process Handling:
Assist clients throughout the entire immigration process, from initial application submission to relocation.
Requirements:
Language:
Fluency in Malayalam (mandatory).
Experience:
Experience in immigration consultancy or a similar customer service role preferred, but not mandatory.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Target-Oriented:
Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue and conversion targets.
Location:
Applicants must be based in or willing to relocate to the UAE.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary:
AED 3,000.00 - AED 5,000.00 per month (depending on experience).
