We are seeking a motivated and skilled

Sales Executive focused on the HORECA

segment preferably

Female

and

European

with pleasing personality.

A strong background in sales, a passion for Pastry and Gelato, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients in English, French and Italian.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with HORECA clients across UAE, focusing on restaurants, hotels, and cafes.

- Identify and target potential clients, conducting market research to understand trends and opportunities.

- Present and promote our products, emphasizing quality, taste, and unique selling propositions.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Monitor sales performance and provide regular updates and forecasts to management.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials tailored for the HORECA sector.

- Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and customer meetings to represent the brand and establish connections.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the HORECA industry.

- Fluency in English; proficiency in French / Italian is a significant advantage.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, particularly pastry and gelato, is highly desirable.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Driving license is a must and own car.
