Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves promoting company products/services, negotiating deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers through calls, visits, and networking
Present and sell company products/services to prospective clients
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads
Negotiate prices, terms, and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, accounts, procurement)
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/reports
Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities
Ensure timely payment collection as per agreed terms
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Knowledge of MS Office / CRM systems
Valid driving license
Experience in B2B sales is an advantage
