The primary objective of this role is to execute the Buyers Program across ICE events, ensuring accurate data management, lead generation, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Understand B2B exhibition dynamics and buyers program requirements
Research and identify relevant industry projects, investments, and key decision-makers
Secure qualified participants for the Buyers Program through targeted outreach
Enrich the database with high-quality leads
Manage and operate the matchmaking platform (online and onsite)
Regularly update and manage buyers' data to ensure accuracy
Oversee onsite execution of the Buyers Program at events
Prepare weekly CRM performance reports
Process buyers' registration data and prepare weekly achievement reports
Ensure full compliance with INDEX database policies, guidelines, and objectives
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Prior experience in telemarketing, marketing, or data management roles
Strong knowledge of data analysis, reporting, and CRM systems
Experience working in exhibitions, conferences, or similar industries is a plus
Knowledge & Skills
Solid understanding of market research, CRM tools, and data analytics
Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms for B2B lead generation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Creative, analytical thinker with a proactive attitude
Fluency in written and spoken English
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments
