Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless customer fulfillment.

  • Gather market feedback and relay actionable insights to the Sales Supervisor for decision-making.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently to maintain long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in training and development programs to stay informed on GMG products and evolving consumer trends.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of sales experience in FMCG or consumer goods, preferably within modern and traditional trade.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop lasting customer relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of UAE retail landscape and sales operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team.
