  • Promote and sell Etisalat postpaid, fiber, and business solutions to corporate and government clients
  • Provide detailed information on plan features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and open communication
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue
  • Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions within established timeframes
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and issues
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase products and services
  • Achieve sales targets while adhering to company policies and compliance standards
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, call center, or front desk roles
  • 1-3 years of outdoor or B2B sales experience with a proven track record
  • Knowledge and experience in selling GSM connections (postpaid, fiber, business solutions)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
