Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Sales Engineer to contribute to our growth in the construction chemical materials sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our cutting-edge products to Consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders in the construction industry.

Position Summary
The Sales Engineer is responsible for generating sales, managing client relationships, and providing technical support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a combination of sales skills and engineering knowledge to promote products, support project requirements, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
1.Sales & Business Development
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within assigned territories.
Promote company products to contractors, consultants, distributors, and project owners.
Conduct regular site visits to generate enquiries and follow up on ongoing projects.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Technical Support
Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site guidance.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product solutions.
Prepare technical submittals and coordinate with the technical department for approvals.
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, samples, and approvals.
Maintain a clear understanding of client needs and project timelines.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and new technologies in the market.
Share market insights and feedback with management to support strategic planning.
5. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with logistics, accounts, and customer service to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Prepare monthly sales reports, project lists, and customer visit logs.
Maintain an updated customer database.
Skills
Strong technical understanding of construction products and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
Strong problem-solving approach and customer-centric attitude.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Chemical preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales (construction chemicals, building materials, or engineering products preferred).
