The Sales Executive - ELV/CCTV Systems is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in the field of ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems, with a strong focus on CCTV, access control, and integrated security solutions. The role involves engaging with clients, preparing proposals, achieving sales targets, and supporting project handover to the technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell CCTV, access control, intercom, structured cabling, and other ELV systems to commercial, residential, and industrial clients.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical solutions in coordination with the design and pre-sales team.
Prepare quotations, technical/commercial proposals, and negotiate pricing and terms.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for system design, installation planning, and post-sales support.
Maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and facility managers.
Keep up-to-date knowledge of SIRA regulations and ensure compliance in proposals.
Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronics/IT/Telecommunications or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in ELV/CCTV sales in the UAE market.
Good knowledge of CCTV brands (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Axis), access control systems, and structured cabling.
Familiarity with SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) standards and documentation.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
UAE Driving License is mandatory.
