Job Responsibilities
1. Greet walk-in customers (including local clients, Chinese communities and international customers), accurately identify their car-purchasing needs, and recommend suitable vehicle models and value-added services (finance, insurance, extended warranty, etc.).
2. Profoundly explain vehicle configurations, performance highlights and competitive advantages, organize test drives for customers, and efficiently promote the sales process.
3. Maintain customer relationships, provide pre-sales consultation, in-sales follow-up and after-sales return visits, and tap into repeat purchase and referral business opportunities.
4. Strictly follow the company's sales procedures, accurately record customer information and sales data, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Job Requirements
1. Possess automotive-related sales experience (both new and used cars are acceptable), familiar with automotive product knowledge and sales logic.
2. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Arabic (excellent in listening, speaking, reading and writing), capable of smoothly communicating with diverse customer groups.
3. Work Attitude: Proactive, with strong pressure resistance, a strong desire to earn money and a sense of teamwork.
Work Benefits
1.Working Hours: 9 hours per day, six working days with one day off, a regular schedule that balances work and life.
2.Work Location: Dragon mart 2, International City, Dubai (convenient transportation).
3.Salary and Benefits: Basic salary + high commission + performance bonus.
