Generate new clients and business for the engineering consultancy
Identify and approach developers, villa owners, contractors, and investors
Arrange and attend client meetings and present company services professionally
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the engineering team
Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed projects
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct market networking, site visits, and reference-based business development
Submit weekly sales and client status reports to management
Requirements:
Experience in sales or business development (engineering or construction field preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work on targets and achieve sales goals
UAE driving license is an advantage
Self-motivated, professional, and result-oriented attitude
