Job Description

:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in Telesales, preferably within the recruitment or HR services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background along with a basic understanding of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

Proactively engage potential clients

via outbound calls to promote our recruitment and consultancy services.

Generate and qualify sales leads

through cold calling, consistent follow-ups, and leveraging referrals.

Articulate our service offerings

with clarity and confidence to prospective clients.

Collaborate closely with the recruitment team

to stay informed about current client needs.

Maintain meticulous records

of all calls, leads, and client interactions.

Arrange meetings

for senior consultants with interested prospects.

Requirements:

1-2 years of proven telesales experience is essential.

A foundational understanding of the recruitment process is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a similar discipline is preferred. Exceptional communication and persuasive abilities. A strong drive to meet and exceed targets, coupled with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
