We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
Promote and sell company products/services to existing and potential clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client data
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the UAE or GCC
Valid UAE driving license (Mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B / B2C sales (depending on industry)
Strong knowledge of the Dubai and UAE market
Excellent presentation and closing skills
Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus)
