Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
Identify and reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and other digital channels.
Qualify leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions to achieve sales targets.
Support sales campaigns and assist in upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Client Relationship Management
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term relationships to support repeat business and customer retention.
Gather client feedback to inform product/service improvements and sales strategy.
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and client interactions in CRM systems.
Prepare reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and target achievement to support management decisions.
Track progress against team targets and assist in optimizing sales processes.
Administrative Support
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Manage documentation, follow-ups, and correspondence with clients.
Qualifications
