Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new business, increasing sales orders, and strengthening customer relationships for Alot Kitchen products. The role focuses on achieving sales targets through active market engagement and effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales plans to increase sales volume and market presence
Identify and approach new customers, dealers, and project opportunities
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders
Conduct product presentations and explain kitchen solutions to customers
Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and closing sales orders
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management
Prepare basic sales reports and update management on progress
Support team members and maintain a cooperative working environment
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in any industry
Driving license is mandatory
Flexibility is mandatory (may require working outside regular hours in some cases)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Customer-focused with a results-driven mindset
Basic computer and reporting skills
Helping mentality and teamwork attitude is essential
Preferred Skills
Experience in kitchen sales or project-based sales
Knowledge of modular kitchens or home solutions
