Job Description

Results-driven Sales Executive with 2 years of experience in the UAE interior fit-out and interior design industry. Proven ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close sales for residential, commercial, and office interior projects. Strong knowledge of interior materials, fit-out processes, and UAE market requirements.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit-out and design projects Meet potential clients, understand their requirements, and present suitable interior solutions Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate project execution Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets Conduct site visits and client meetings across the UAE Keep records of sales activities and update CRM systems Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies

Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and negotiation skills Good knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and fit-out processes Ability to close deals and meet targets Customer-focused with problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Experience & Education:



Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE interior fit-out or interior design industry Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
