. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through field visits and converting them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
Visit
businesses, SMEs, startups, and corporate offices
to introduce audit and accounting services
Generate leads for
Audit, VAT filing, Corporate Tax filing, AML compliance, and bookkeeping services
Build and maintain strong relationships with company owners, finance managers, and decision-makers
Explain compliance requirements and service benefits to clients
Achieve
monthly sales and client acquisition targets
Coordinate with audit and tax teams for smooth client onboarding
Follow up on proposals, quotations, and service agreements
Prepare daily field visit reports and lead status updates
Monitor market trends, competitors, and compliance deadlines
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year experience
in field sales (professional services preferred)
Experience in
audit, accounting, tax, or consultancy sales
is an advantage
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
UAE driving license preferred
Basic knowledge of
VAT / Corporate Tax / Audit concepts
(training will be provided)
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or related field
