We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is focused on active sales generation, managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation through to deal closure across the UAE markets.
This is a target-driven sales position and is suited to candidates with proven experience in closing deals rather than customer service or administrative roles.
Responsibilities
Generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, inbound and outbound calls, onsite visits, product demonstrations, resellers, and partner channels.
Proactively identify, qualify, and develop leads, taking full ownership of the sales process from initial contact to closing.
Conduct online and in-person demonstrations of EPOS systems, clearly explaining features, benefits, and commercial value.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resellers, and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
Follow up consistently on leads, quotations, and proposals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records within the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction post-sale.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings, site visits, and demonstrations.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a sales-focused role (telesales, field sales, or direct selling) is mandatory.
Please note, this role is strictly a sales position with defined targets and closing responsibilities and is not suitable for candidates whose background is primarily in customer service or administrative roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage).
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Basic computer literacy, including CRM systems and MS Office.
Applicants with father's or spouse visa sponsorship preferred but not essential.

Guaranteed basic salary plus uncapped commission, with earning potential up to AED 10,000+.
9-hour working shifts, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday).
