We are looking for a

motivated and confident Sales Executive

to join our growing

Documents Clearance & Business Setup team

at

7Emirates Real Estate

. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by generating new clients, advising them on company formation and government services, and successfully closing deals.

This position is ideal for someone who is energetic, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new sales leads through calls, referrals, walk-ins, and online platforms Handle client inquiries related to

business setup, trade licenses, visa processing, and document clearance services

Clearly explain services, processes, timelines, and costs to clients Meet clients in person and guide them through suitable business solutions Build and maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and documentation Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth

Requirements

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Previous experience in

sales, business setup, or document clearance

is an advantage Confident, presentable, and customer-oriented personality Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets Well-organized, professional, and self-motivated attitude
