Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for Perfect Blend and Perfect Roses
Promote cafe services, floral products, and upcoming event solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with individual, corporate, and event clients
Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct basic market research to identify trends and customer needs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Support sales initiatives for the upcoming events division
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Sales Executive
or similar role (F&B, floral, or events industry preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused with a proactive and target-driven approach
Ability to work independently and meet sales goals
Knowledge of the local market and client base is an advantage
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, CRM tools preferred)
Valid driving license preferred
