We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salesperson to join our dynamic team at Arar Trading Co . As a salesperson in the foodstuff industry, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth, expanding our customer base, and achieving sales targets in the UAE market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the foodstuff industry.
Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand market share and increase revenue.
Understand customer needs, offer appropriate product recommendations, and negotiate sales contracts.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure effective sales strategies and meet customer demands.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Requirements:
Proven track record in sales, preferably within the foodstuff industry in the UAE.
Strong knowledge of the UAE foodstuff market, including key players, market trends, and customer preferences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
A UAE driving license is preferred.
