Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new customers through market visits, cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Promote and sell company products/services to retail, wholesale, or corporate clients as assigned.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and LPOs.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms within approved limits.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers.
Conduct regular customer visits and ensure proper after-sales follow-up.
Address customer complaints and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed credit terms.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Share market intelligence and sales feedback with the management team.
Suggest strategies to improve sales performance and customer reach.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports and visit reports.
Coordinate with Accounts, Logistics, and Operations for order processing and delivery.
