Key Requirements
Minimum
5 years of proven sales experience
Prior experience in the UAE automotive industry
(mandatory)Valid UAE driving license
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skillsKey Responsibilities
Welcome, assist, and engage walk-in showroom customers Manage, track, and follow up on online and digital sales leads Convert online inquiries into successful showroom visits Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve and exceed sales targets Promote and sell value-added products and services Coordinate with bankers, insurance providers, finance teams, and vehicle registration departments Ensure smooth end-to-end sales processing and customer satisfaction
