FALCOM Ventures FZE is a dynamic organization conducting diverse business activities across MENASA and CIS regions, with plans to expand into North America through a new office in Canada. Established in 1994, the company initially focused on providing engineering solutions for the petrochemical industry and has since diversified into services such as fabrication, media and web development, trading, advertising solutions, and supply of industrial and FMCG products. Based in Dubai, with a 5000 sq. ft. shared warehouse and office space in the Bur Juman Business Centre, FALCOM Ventures is committed to expanding its portfolio and delivering tailored solutions to a wide range of industries. Role Description



This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Salesperson will engage with potential and existing clients, build strong relationships, and promote FALCOM Ventures' portfolio of products and services. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, making product recommendations, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will also assist in market research, monitor competitor activity, and contribute to the growth of FALCOM Ventures in the UAE and beyond.

Qualifications



Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and close sales. Proficiency in market research, client relationship management, and strategic planning. Experience in sales, customer acquisition, and product presentations, particularly in industrial and FMCG products or a similar field. Knowledge of diverse business sectors such as engineering, industrial supplies, FMCG, and promotional services is advantageous. Ability to work independently, meet sales goals, and demonstrate problem-solving skills. Experience in the UAE market is preferred; familiarity with MENASA and CIS regions is a plus. Bachelor's degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
