The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth in both
Business-to-Business (B2B)
and
Business-to-Consumer (B2C)
segments for the company's perfume and fragrance products. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's brand in line with business objectives.
Sales Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage B2B clients such as distributors, wholesalers, retailers, corporate buyers, hotels, and export partners.
Conduct product presentations and negotiations with potential and existing clients.
Develop long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business.
Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and coordinate with production and logistics teams.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Achieve assigned B2B sales targets and revenue goals.
Promote and sell perfume products directly to consumers through retail outlets, showrooms, exhibitions, and events.
Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and recommendations to customers.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
Maintain visual merchandising and product availability at sales points.
Support promotional campaigns and product launches.
General Responsibilities
Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and daily sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
Coordinate with marketing, production, and finance teams for smooth operations.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Represent the company professionally at all times.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in sales (experience in perfumes, FMCG, cosmetics, or luxury products is an advantage).
Experience in both B2B and B2C sales is preferred.
