Sales Executive

Job Description

The Sales Agent will be responsible for generating leads, dealing with clients, closing property deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:



Contact and follow up with potential clients Present and promote available properties Understand client needs and recommend suitable options Negotiate deals and close sales successfully Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups Coordinate with the team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and on targets Motivation to work in a commission-based environment Real estate experience is a plus (but not mandatory) Knowledge of the UAE property market is an advantage
