Key Responsibilities
Generate and convert leads for
company formation and business setup services
Advise clients on
mainland, free zone, and offshore company structures
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business setup solutions
Handle end-to-end sales process: lead follow-up, consultation, quotation, and closure
Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activity in CRM
Coordinate with operations and government liaison teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Build long-term relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
Stay updated on UAE business setup regulations and market trends
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
1-3 years of sales experience
in
company formation / business setup
(mandatory)
Strong knowledge of
UAE company formation processes
(Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven mindset with proven sales closure ability
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
Preferred Skills
Experience working with consultancy or business setup firms in the UAE
Strong follow-up and client management skills
