We are looking for a Sales executive who is passionate about property, people, and performance. In this role, you'll guide clients through every step of their real estate journey, from identifying opportunities to closing deals, while representing ANA's values of integrity, service, and excellence.
This is more than a sales role. You'll manage a portfolio of clients, advise on investments, and build your personal brand within Dubai's fast-paced property market.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales (real estate experience preferred, but not mandatory).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, French, etc.) are a plus.
Presentable, confident, and results-driven.
Based in Dubai Valid UAE Driving License (Preferred) Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on buying, selling, or renting residential and commercial properties. Conduct market research and comparative analysis to estimate property values. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders. Guide clients through the full transaction process, including negotiations and documentation. Stay informed about local market trends, property laws, and investment opportunities. Manage a property portfolio and continuously source new listings. Collaborate with marketing to promote listings through innovative campaigns.
