Sales Executive

Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our products/services to customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers Maintain strong relationships with clients and address their needs effectively Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Negotiate contracts and close sales deals Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Provide regular sales reports to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Willingness to travel as required
Preferred Qualities
Target-oriented and self-motivated Strong presentation skills Ability to handle rejection and pressure Good time management and organizational skills
Experience
1-3 years of experience in sales (industry-specific experience is a plus)
