Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate
new business opportunities
for Perfect Blend Cafe and Perfect Roses.
Promote cafe services, floral products, and upcoming
event solutions
to individual and corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate accounts, and event planners.
Handle customer inquiries, prepare
quotations
, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve assigned
monthly and quarterly sales targets
.
Conduct
market research
to identify customer needs, trends, and growth opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure
smooth service delivery
and customer satisfaction.
Support sales initiatives for the
events division
, including promotions and partnerships.
Maintain accurate records of
sales activities, pipelines, and client data
.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Sales Executive
or similar role (experience in
F&B, floral, or events industry
preferred).
Strong
communication, presentation, and negotiation
skills.
Customer-focused with a
proactive and target-driven
sales approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities.
Knowledge of the
local market and client base
is an advantage.
Basic computer skills, including
Excel, email, and CRM tools
.
Valid driving license
preferred
