Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell travel and tour packages (local and international)
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations
Prepare quotations, itineraries, and follow up with potential clients
Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business
Coordinate with operations and vendors to ensure smooth travel arrangements
Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and promotions.
Social Media accounts handling is a plus point.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales (travel & tourism experience is an advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills (CRM, email, MS Office)
Willingness to work flexible hours if required.
