Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and acquire new customers within the construction, contracting, and building materials sector
Build and maintain long-term relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and retail customers
Conduct regular market visits to promote products and generate new sales leads
Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status
Collect customer feedback and support management in improving product offerings and services
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Executive in
building materials or construction-related trading
(preferred)
Valid
Dubai driving license
(mandatory)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a strong sales and target-driven mindset
Good knowledge of the UAE construction market and customer landscape
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
