Job Description

We are looking to hire a Sales Executive to handle customer sales and revenue generation. The candidate will work closely with the in-house social media and website development teams but will focus only on sales and customer conversion. The role also requires actively bringing in new business from both corporate and individual clients.

The company deals with plants and garden accessories, landscaping services, and design solutions for indoor and outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries generated through social media and the website Convert leads into confirmed sales Actively identify and bring in new business opportunities (corporate and individual clients) Promote and sell plants, garden accessories, landscaping, and design services Follow up with customers via phone, WhatsApp, and email Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions Maintain basic sales records and customer data Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service execution
Requirements:

Experience in sales or customer handling preferred Ability to generate new business leads independently Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills Interest or basic knowledge in plants, landscaping, or design is an advantage
