Having 25 years of experience working with the UAE's leading companies, we deploy the industry best tailored manpower services to advance our client success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Present, promote services to prospective and existing suppliers
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve sales performance
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
