We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to manage and grow sales for
Perfect Blend Cafe
and
Perfect Roses
, while also supporting upcoming
event-related business opportunities
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, maintaining strong client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets across multiple business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Perfect Blend Cafe and Perfect Roses
Promote cafe services, floral products, and upcoming event solutions to individual and corporate clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and event planners
Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and ensure timely follow-ups
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and industry trends
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and service delivery
Support sales initiatives for the upcoming events division
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client data
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role (experience in F&B, floral, or events industry preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Customer-focused with a proactive and result-oriented approach
Ability to work independently and under target-driven environments
Knowledge of the local market and client network is an advantage
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, CRM tools preferred)
Valid driving license is preferred for field sales roles
